All you need to do is fill out the equipment survey form, which we provide. Once the survey for is complete you can hand it to anyone and they can price a HVAC maintenance agreement. The best part is using our software now anyone can produce the same price just as if you had price the job yourself.
Multi-Location Support
This is a really nice feature for those companies with more than 1 office. This allows you to have separate contracts, labor costs and markups for each of your locations. It also allows the Account Holder to see the sales activity from all locations for all sales people. This is great for keeping track of performance.
User Management
Just to make sure every HVAC maintenance agreement has the gross margin you want, we have given you several different levels of user access to your account. Between these 3 user types you can secure your account.
- Account Holder – This is typically the Owner or Upper Management position. This type of user has access to all areas of all locations in the account.
- Account Manager – This is typically the Service Manager. This type of user has access to one location and all the activity generated by any other user in the same location.
- Account User – This is typically a HVAC Maintenance Agreement Sales Representative. This type of user has access to only the jobs and reports generated by their personal account activity.

Then you can generate a report that breaks down how many hours per month each of your technicians is scheduled.
